    The seller has contacted me and gave an explanation as to the reason for the delay in communication, and sending a return label. They apologized for this delay and I have since received the return label for the item, which I believe was damaged in transited because I could see where the box had been dropped. Because of this I have re-evaluated my rating for the company

    Scammer Alert! They change/reset the chip in the drum, reseal it and sell it as new !!! Photos attached o "Brand New" Drum cartridge, out of their package (with cut off barcodes). As you can see it still has toner on it from the previous use! Seller stopped the communication when I found a scam. I had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money refunded. Not a good way doing business!

    This case has already been closed and found in our favor. You, the buyer attempted to return a used drum in place of the sealed drum which you received. Any damage to the box was on the buyer end to make the drum appear used. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN USED TONER!

    Shipping was very fast. Item appear to be new although the box was not factory sealed as listed. The box had been opened and resealed. I hope no malware has been installed, however, the computer has worked perfectly. Startup was as if the computer was never used.
