    I ordered this item loose. What I received was a minty on card new item with a very nice hand written note that explained they had a big event at the store and that the one I paid for got sold. So instead of canceling my order which I would have understood. They sent me a brand new one that looks fantastic. Nobody does this. What excellent customer service.
