  I give them 5 stars the shipping was really fast after I paid . It was packaged very well in news paper and foam peanuts in a big box very well taped on the outside, the pictures and the add descriptions were very good no surprises when they showed up , they were able to keep the shipping cost down and the price of the instruments very reasonable, and I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends

  Exactly as described - a very servicable and 100% complete instrument. Everything I need to have something to work with - adjustments, cleanup, and plenty of loving TLC to get this tenor to play as well as any out there.   My clarinet arrived as described and all the pieces were individually wrapped. The shipping cost was reasonable making my purchase a good value. It included a reed, cork grease, and cleaning chamois. I am happy with the purchase.
