  My package arrived with the two items, one broken and one in tact. HOWEVER, I believe it was the shipping service not the packaging. I seemed to be well wrapped and it had fragile stickers all on the box. I think it was just dropped or tossed and landed flat and cracked one of the item. The shipping was timely and the item was as described. I would buy from this seller again.

  The salt and pepper set arrived promptly and well packed. Unfortunately, something black and sticky was all over the packaging. It had to have happened during shipping. Made for a mess opening but not other than that. Would definitely recommend this seller
