  Package shipping was excellent. USPS express with signature required on delivery. The packaging well excellent as well. The IPad was purchased at a great price. The details about the iPad was very precise and left no doubts about the iPad. It was preloaded but after a factory reset it loaded smoothly. Had no problem loading the eSims.
