  Seller was really responsive. Postage pricing was reasonable, and price of the item was fairly decent. Unfortunately the paper that covers the book in the box arrived ripped, unsure as to why, but that was disappointing. My only other complaint is that the item took three and a half weeks to arrive. I'm unsure if this is normal for these types of things, but I do believe I've had items shipped from the UK that took much less time. Overall, not a bad experience with this seller, but not amazing.

  Unfortunately, there was an issue with the postage which turned out to be no fault of the seller whatsoever. The communication was great and I was issued a full refund. They even held the item for me to decide what I wanted to do. A fantastic seller, superb service and I can highly recommend them to others. A****
