I will say shipping out the order the takes a bit of time. It took the full 7 business days for them to ship out but the delivery was after that. The item was exactly as described in fact it exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy. It was packaged well although not shipped in a box. Amazing value for the almost like new condition. I’d definitely order from the seller again.

This seller is very professional, but I do wish to caution buyers about the communication issue. Immediately after winning 3 scarf auctions in one night, I made payment. After that, I wrote to the seller to request "combine shipping" to save the $26 per item cost. It was too late as my orders were already being processed and sent. I am giving high scores regardless because I understand how important these scores are to a business.

Please beware I am in the UK and this was shipped from Japan and I was not aware I had to pay customs tax through DHL. My item was just under £1000 and I had to pay just below £210 in tax. I made a claim either eBay as they should of made me aware. Packed safely, almost as described as I believe it was a little worn, compared to the seller describing it as unused. The idem shows on the manufacturer’s website so hoping it’s original.
