  Took several days to ship, which made me a bit nervous, but it arrived quickly once it was shipped. It was packaged well enough to arrive safely, despite the FedEx delivery person tossing it on my porch ignoring the fragile stickers on the box. Shipping was a bit high, but it was express shipping from Japan, so worth it for peace of mind. Item was as described and at a decent price. Overall a positive transaction. Thanks!

  I reached out due to concerns of the packaging, mainly because it didn't seem very secure, but i was assured it would be secured, and it absolutely was!! Arrived just as the pictures showed. Very clear communication, notifying me the tea had to be thrown away due to expiration. Considering the hefty packaging, the price is absolutely justified. Very Happy! Also very quick shipping.
