  I'm sorry to say that I had to request a refund not that there was any problems with the seller .It's was my fault that I hadn't realized when I ordered , that my system was to large for this controller and I was going to need a stronger one .The seller was great and immediately gave the refund with out question .I plan to see if they carry the one I need ,so I can order it from them .I really would like to give 5 stars but like I said I cancelled the order.

  Item was exactly as described. Quality was like new. I’m glad that the price was lower due to it being an open box item. It appeared exactly as it was described.
