Described perfectly, no surprises. Shipping was extremely fast not to mention very reasonable. This item was truly packed with care, lots of bubble wrap and foam for cushioning.   The troll was delivered 5 days after I purchased it. He was packed very well and was as described. He was a great value. He has a full head of orange hair and looks new. He came in a nice little outfit. I’m happy with my purchase.
