Nice seller, item exactly as described/ expected. Unfortunately seller did NOT respond to my questions BEFORE the purchase. I went ahead and purchased it anyway. The item arrived and was perfect for my need, and I figured out my answer. So I did not have to communicate AFTER the purchase. I just hope/ expect/ assume that seller would communicate well AFTER a purchase. Thus, I gave 3 stars for communication.

Fast Shipping and as described, However the post office tore the box open, broke the keyboard from the palmrest, folded the metal motherboard mount, put everything back in the box, taped it up and sent it to me. there was a decal on the box stating that it was received at my local post office damaged. That being said I contacted the seller and they issued a refund. Very professional seller and would deal with again.

The packaging was incredible. exactly as the seller described it The seller sent it in bubble wrap to ensure it wouldn't get damaged. the product arrives in perfect condition just a few people do that.

Item arrived packaged in a protective manner and it appears to be in good condition, as described. Have not installed it in my laptop yet due to the time it will take to properly process all steps involved in this task, but hope to do so soon. Hopefully this will be a quality item in perfect working order as described in the listing and that it will allow me to add more fast storage to my laptop without removing my main OS drive, making it a great value. Great experience with seller so far!
