    No tracking on this picture but arrived on the very last day for on time delivery. Picture clarity was an 8 out of 10. Packaging could have been better it came in a plastic bag/envelope with 1 piece of cardboard inside with the picture laying on top. USPS bent the envelope to squeeze it into my mailbox......luckily the 8x10 picture didn't get creased. Overall rating would be mediocre.
