  The Tumi suitcase was delivered in perfect brand-new condition, as described, and the authenticity, appearance, and quality of the item was accurate, including a valid Tumi tracer (confirming that it's not a knock-off). The suitcase was packaged well and still had its tags on, and the vendor even included a nice "Thank you" card letting me know that I was supporting a veteran. I would recommend purchasing from this vendor. Thank you.

  Very fast shipping! Packaged nicely and a sweet thank you card was included. The item is as described and is a terrific suitcase that is going to make our trip so much easier. Was super grateful to find it here as the manufacture is sold out of these! Overall price and shipping was very reasonable, especially compared to others who are gouging based on the limited supply. I’d absolutely buy from this seller again and am very happy to do business with a veteran!

  Great product and seller. Item came in perfect condition, packed like from the original store including TUMI bag. It was delivered in days with a nice card from the seller. Would definitely purchase from again. Wasn’t as cheap as some TUMI deals but I couldn’t find that particular bag and color anywhere else and was still a good value and experience.

  Exactly as described, at the best price anywhere. The seller is very knowledgeable. He understood my travel needs and helped me make good decisions about what to buy, or not. "Seller Communication" below needs a 6th star for this seller. Most seller are quite helpful. This one just a cut above.

  I searched for the bag on google and found it in Mike’s store on eBay! The TUMI carry on was brand new as advertised and was the best price I could find in my research. The order was processed and shipped very quick and the order updates were informative and timely! He included a signed card in the package indicating that he is a US Navy Veteran which was a bonus to me. I would buy from Mike’s Luggage again!
