  received damaged items after request to package very securely; little bubble wrap and very loose in box; seller blamed USPS; I went to post office three times to help seller out on shipping claim; seller did not acknowledge my effort to help; I needed to initiate every communication, several weeks process; lots of time and frustration that was unnecessary; he offered unfair refund amount for damaged items; I submitted Ebay request to return for full refund; tone changed and gave partial refund

  Buyer claimed I did not box the items securely. I ALWAYS ship with care, my feedback speaks for itself. I am not sure if they expected me to ship $10 Funko Pops in a PopShield Armor hard protector worth more than the Pop itself, or what their expectations were. The USPS damaged the items in shipment, that is totally our of my control. The buyer requested a refund for the 2 damaged items, which I gave them. Leaving negative feedback after they got what they requested is not very professional.
