  Item received within reasonable shipping timeframe, packaged safely with consideration shown for fragility of product, and function is as described. Value was especially good considering pricing for new versions of this item from larger sellers. Overall experience was positive and process was simple and easy overall. It should be noted however, that shipping costs are still incurred irrespective of organizational tax-exempt status. Seller was responsive and easy to work with though. 4.5 stars!

  Good and honest seller. John said he would give us a refund for lower priced shipping if he could get better pricing (we wanted this overnighted), and he did exactly that. He bench tested the product upon request. Item came in condition exactly as described and packed extremely well. Item came the very next morning. Seller was very responsive and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. You sir are a good example of how to conduct business. Best wishes and big thank you.
