Contacted the seller and they responded within minutes. They asked for pics of scratches and I sent them. Refunded my order in full. The seller responded within minutes of each of my messages. The seller got the DVDs from ex-library and had no idea of how bad the scratches were. I am very pleased with this seller and would use again even though this order didn't work.
