They were quick at responses and had the saddle ready for shipment about the same time I pushed the purchase button. There is black rubbing on the back corner, that I think happened in transit cause the box was pretty bet up. The saddle otherwise is in great shape (brand new) and I think will be be perfect for us. I’ve got a small head and the small is a perfect fit. I hope you get more in! The seller was quick to respond to my questions and the shipping was lightning speed! Upon delivery, I discovered the saddle that was delivered had a black seat. An obvious difference, which should have been caught before shipment. I contacted the seller and they advised the beige seat was out of stock, so I assume they just sent what they had, not what I ordered. The seller offered $10 off, if I ordered another saddle from them. OBVIOUSLY I won’t be doing business with this seller again. HORRIBLE!!
