  Item arrived not as described but the seller provided almost an immediate response and took good care of me by refunding my money saving us both time dealing with an that was not usable. I would still buy from again thanks to seller's customer service.

  Item was just as described. However, seller shipped item with FedEx and it took three weeks to arrive, which is common with FedEx and they should never be used because of their record of terrible service!Seller was prompt in shipping, but was let down by the shipper.

  Item arrived on time. Roots were double wrapped. I would suggest that one or two wet paper towels be wrapped around the roots for shipping. I planted them immediately. Item as described and wait for blooms!
