  Paid for the item including the shipping charges of 23.69 as advertised. instead of shipping the item, they emailed that ebay made a mistake, the shipping should be $230, so they will not be able to ship the item. After several email back and forth, they cancelled the order and refunded. I lost several days waiting for the item. when they cancelled the item, the reason given to ebay was " out of stock" or something similar to this. 4 days later, it is still on ebay with the same shipping c
