    Unfortunately I must give this seller one star because the item arrived incomplete on 12 Feb 25, and she refused to make it right or compensate me for the loss. Despite repeated texts and a phonon, she refused to believe the piece, a slot machine stand, was shipped without the claw feet that makes the piece distinctive and appealing. She actually told me to ship it back and she would charge me a restocking fee ?! My repeated attempts to contact her since have been refused.

    sh-2347, You purchased this slot machine stand complete on Jan 30, 2025 and refused to use UPS or Fedex shipping. You said you would take care of the pick up. (picked up 2/7/25). You called 14 days later, Friday 2/21/25 when it was delivered (supposedly)to you. We have sold over 150 of these stands along with 4700+ feedbacks without shortage or bad feedback. I checked your feedback and you only have one (1). Others use a reliable shipper, not one that takes 3 weeks deliver.
