  Miserable experience. I cannot recommend in any way. Patch panel showed up beyond damaged, inside of undamaged box. Claimed to have replacements, but sent pictures of boxes and claimed it was against eBay’s policy to replace items. Sent bunk tracking number. Multiple calls to eBay agents to get resolved.   Well the keyboards are great! Very sturdy and well made! Seller not so much! No attimpt was made to even pack these things properly just wrapped in plastic and shipped im so that they got kinda beat up on the way down here! So I'm docking some stars for that! When I buy an item I want it arriving SAFELY not all beat hhell!!

  I received a completely different item than I ordered. I can't even use it because it doesn't have the correct USB connection that was advertised in the description. I've reached out to the seller but haven't heard back yet.

  I will be the first to leave Positive feedback for this seller. The Dell keyboard and mouse arrive in excellent condition. Both items was exactly as advertised and I'm very happy with the purchase.
