  I think seller forgot to ship the item? Anyhow, I sent them a reminder and they sent it right away after a week or so. Not packaged particularly well, and arrived with a dent in the case after shipping. Don’t want to damage seller’s ratings, so posting neutral.

  Item never arrived. Contacted seller 3 times with no response. Had to involve eBay, which took over a month to get a refund. BEWARE—other buyers have reported the same issues with this seller.

  I placed an order on 2/01/25 and the seller created the label but never dropped my package at the post office. They also didn't respond to my polite message inquiring on the status of my order. Finally, on 2/28/25 I decided to cancel. They also did not respond to my cancelation request. This decision was not easy. I am a seller myself, and waited as long as I could, trying to give them a chance. However, it seems they have a history of not shipping customer orders.

  Great DVD, looks brand new and played great. Ordered on 9/25. Shipping label created 9/29. USPS took possession 9/30. Delivered 10/7. 2 days shy of 2 weeks. Shipping time could have been better. But the item was as described and played great. And that is the main thing.

  Honestly I don't know what happened to my package. It showed up about a week late absolutely smashed to heck. Whether this was the delivery person or the seller themselves this is totally unacceptable .
