Packaging was very torn but luckily the bubble wrap part of the bag was still intact and the products were in perfect condition.( I only tore the bubble wrap open, the tearing of the paper envelope was how it was delivered!) I would assume the damage to the bag was done in transit as the seller packed the product well.
