  New OEM item exactly as displayed and ordered... Good price as well... No issues with seller.. recommend seller at any time.. my issue is with Orange shipping service who turned it over to UNIUNI.. One is UNABLE to track shipment and suddenly its delivered...That needs improvement. Shipping was timely.

  Keep in mind this product takes a while to be delivered. Mine took 16 days. Product was as advertised and with a great price compared to Amazon. Gave it four stars only because of the long shipping time.

  I received the remote earlier than expected and the price was right. It was exactly as described, an original Google part, the Google store was out of stock. The remote didn't work but the seller provided a full refund and apologized for the failure. Stuff happens and this seller took care of it quickly. I will buy from this seller again.
