    Putting the customer first is what separates the great sellers from the rest. I accidentally ordered the wrong version of a product I wanted. Discovered my error and asked to cancel the order if not already shipped. Seller issued a quick refund. So, when I resumed searching for the version I wanted I checked with them first and found they had the item I wanted (and at the best price on Ebay). Ordered and received the shipment incredibly quickly. A+ all the way around!
