  Item arrived damaged. Seller refused to refund a small amount to cover fix of the damage. Is it my fault? No, none of this was my fault, the item arrived damage, sorry but I don't know who to blame, but either way, I didn't get what I paid for, a flawless laptop. It arrived with a bad damage, and broken keyboard backlight that the seller failed to mention in the description. So far, it was a negative experience and the seller stopped responding to me even after 5 business days.
