  This was a very poor experience for me, seller sent ONE message explaining a personal matter as to why they were unavailable to ship my order (which was already late) and told me "sorry". I do understand "life" happens to most all of us, but this was unexceptable, i had no feedback and no further communication by seller, I never received my product as promised. Thankfully i worked with EBAY and was refunded the full amount. unfortunately, i will not be dealing with this seller again.

  Once again, I apologize for what happened but I had a family emergency that was of great concern for my entire family that ended up in tragedy. I refunded you as soon as I had a chance to respond to my messages without Ebay ever getting involved. As you can see from my other reviews, my service is fast and efficient. I hope that you were able to purchase from another company and are on your way to recovery.
