    Pico 4 headset arrived in excellent condition, with all pieces exactly as advertised. It was packed very well, and arrived surprisingly quickly from Japan. Seller was proactive in making sure I was aware of the import duties now required into the US before shipping, to ensure I would have no surprises; they used DHL which simply contacted me prior to delivery to collect the fee. My daughter is now enjoying the headset, as it allows her to visit with her out of state friends on VR Chat.

    Exactly as described. Lens arrived in super fast time, via tracked international post. Care and attention to detail with packaging, ensuring it arrived in superb condition.     This seller is amazing and very informative, from start to finish they communicate very well with the process. I was informed about customs taxes and informed me with how It would be handled. My drone actually shipped very fast, I received in impeccable condition as described. Received it sooner than expected.     An amazing business to do 'business' with! The owner shipped by a very rapid method and I had the item (lens) less than three days after placing my order and when delivered it was exactly as described in the ad. Communication was exceptional and very professional. As a customer I am very pleased.

    This is a great seller! Everything came as described and packaged beautifully. I think the inflation on film items have been increased by more than $175. But despite this, the item came beautifully I just think it’s valued higher than normal.

    Extremely fast (overnight!!!) shipping from Japan to Wisconsin in the US. Genuine product in a DJI sealed retail box. Seller was fast and thorough with communications helping to make sure everything was on-track and what to expect regarding the new duty fees... and yes, DHL required duty and fee payments prior to delivery. It was not a minimal duty and fee but I wanted the Mavic 4 Pro battery. Good packaging and smartly prepared Customs paperwork helped to make the shipping fast.
