  Product did not work as expected, did not fit WasteKing as labeled. However, what began as frustration with return hassle turned into satisfaction after contacting the seller to explain the problem. I was promptly issued a full refund without the having to deal with returning the item and essentially paying for it twice.   When I notified this outstanding seller about a minor issue concerning the Grab Bar, he immediately rectified the issue. The seller really didn't have to, but chose to do so. I will place him in my "SAVED SELLER" listing for any future purchases.
