    Listing stated Free Shipping. It arrived with postage due of $7.43 because of an error made by their shipping department. I requested a refund of the postage due I had to pay. They apologized. Said there was a new person in their shipping department and refunded the entire order! Customer service like this is unheard of in this day and age. Kudos to this Seller. I'm blown away. Thank you.

    Unbelievable customer service. Ordered these had the wrong part arrived sent them a message and they apologized and sent out the replacement 2nd day air no extra charges hands down some of the best customer service ever will buy from again in the future if they have what I need

    We received it with a dent, it was poorly packaged. But the Company was great! They refunded us for the rod. They were helpful, kind and considerate. We'll order more from this company. Give them 5 stars!
