  We have used this company for around 5 years the last 2 orders ( they were moving premises but didn't inform us that our order would be late ) this issues was resolved so apart from not been able to email the company via eBay this time regarding my order so we did try to cancel due to the communication failure. We aren't sure if it's them or eBay causing the problem, the order did arrive and to the usual quality.
