I was very impressed by the entire experience buying these dressings from Medisave. I received the item less than 24 hours after placing the order. They provided excellent communications throughout. Delivery was via Royal Mail which was great to see as it is one of the most environmentally friendly options. The item was in perfect condition and exactly as described. Exactly as ordered, but late delivery. Ordered on 14 August. Dispatched on 15 Aug. by 24 hour traced Royal Mail. Email later on 15th.from Royal Mail via ebay to confirm delivery on the morning of Sat.16 Aug. Did not arrive, but arrived on Wed. 20 Aug. The outer padded packet was more battered than usual, but the enclosed box was perfect in good condition. It seems the delay was Royal Mail's.
