  Due to bad weather, my purchase was stalled for a couple weeks. Seller and I, the buyer, were made aware of the situation and we both patiently waited until the situation was resolved.   I have a bad habit of waiting until the last minute to do my Christmas shopping. I year I waited until the LAST POSSIBLE MOMENT. This purse was exactly what I needed, but I was short on time. So I explained my situation to the seller. Within 15 minutes I got a notification telling me that my package had shipped. I feel that they went way above and beyond what I could have expected.
