    Okay. The news late with the packaging how we they refunded me partial payment they were very easy to talk too and the package came actually fast even though they sent it out late. I will be ordering from them again.

    The item ordered was as described. Unfortunately, the order was only shipped after I emailed the seller (which was approximately 1 weeks after the item was purchased) and I was told the item was still not shipped. Because I moved I told the seller to change my shipping address which they said they would. After I received the tracking confirmation order I was able to see that the seller did not change my shipping address… I messaged the seller and was told they could not change it anymore.

    The quality of the bag is super nice I love it. The condition BRAND NEW👌. The seller gave a discount the pricing was nice cause it’s way higher on stockX. It super pretty I love the color of it and everything, it took a week for them to ship it after I bought but when they shipped it on the 10th it came 3 days later.

    Shipping was ok, item was not shipped until a week after order but arrived promptly after. It is described as a parallel import however is more like a counterfeit product, verified at an official Tumi store.
