  Book arrived in new condition and still shrink wrapped. Have been waiting a long time to get an opportunity to purchase this book. Can't give enough praise for this book. Years back I had a chance to talk with the author who lives in Maui. It was great talking with him. Even then he said the book was hard to come by. Glad I found this listing by the seller. He apologized for the delay but it still came in on time in my mind. Thank you so much. Highly recommended seller.
