    I couldn’t tell from the pictures if the lace trim on the front of the hat is chipped or if it is just a glare reflecting off the trim. I contacted the seller & was provided with 3 photos that showed that the lace was NOT broken. I made an offer that was quickly accepted. The seller mailed it the same day. This cute Boyds Bear arrived safely in the mail & on time. It was package in a way that it didn’t break during shipping. It is exactly as describe, PERFECT! Thank you.
