    I purchased a Diecast Promotions Pacific Kenworth W900 with a pipe load and when I received the item it was broken in many pieces. I contacted the seller and told him about the problem. He gave me two options: I could try to fix it (he would refund me some money for the fixing of the truck) or I could return the truck and he would refund the full purchase I choose the refund. This is a "GREAT" eBay seller and one who I would not hesitate to buy from him again.
