  The item was exactly as described. Seller was helpful assisting in trying to find the article when it was lost in shipping. USPS finally delivered the item 3 weeks after it was shipped. The tracking number was never scanned during the shipping process and just showed up in my mailbox. Does not in any way appear to be the sellers fault. He refunded the purchase price. Hope to find a way to get him reimbursed.

  Everything arrived new, unscathed and in store bought condition. Microban is getting harder to find, so I was happy to find a good source for a good price. Excellent packaging job and fast shipping. I highly recommend this seller and hope to do business again!

  Good quality, good condition. Package was lost by USPS for awhile and it looks like the package had a rough time while in USPS possession however the net is still in excellent condition and the minor damage to the poles does not affect functionality .

  The item arrived Moist even though the packaging was dry and so was the Packing slip. I messaged seller to ask if this was normal but I never got a response back. I had to throw the product away .
