    The item is has described. It was well packaged but had little damage. As of that the item is perfect, easy to build up. I will recommend this product. The seller is amazing. Good communication, delivered on time even before the date. I think other sellers should follow the footsteps of this seller. Satisfying their customers.

    Had issues with previous purchase ( set of 4, I didn’t match). No response to my messages. Ordered another chair. Seller then rectified the previous mistake so issue was rectified eventually. Refunded me for this order which was then not required. Sadly they were let down by their chosen courier. However, I would like to thank the individual that assisted me in sorting the initial mistake made by the company. The chairs are lovely & good value.

    Great as described, quick delivery and great value for money! The sofa come in 2 boxes which were delivered on seperate days, I had seen this in other reviews so wasn’t worried when only 1 box turned up first. Would purchase from here again

    There was a flaw in the canopy and when contacted, they were happy to replace or for me to return, however, communication was very slow, think they only check email once a day, therefore took about a week to organize the return. Refund was actioned quicky upon the tracking being updated. They just need to improve on their communication response time.
