    Die Lieferung inkl Zollabfertigubg lief einwandfrei. Über Vorgänge am Zoll wurden seitens FedEx und dem Verkäufer gut informiert. Es fehlte eine Bestätigung meinerseits, über die ich von beiden rechtzeitig und schnell informiert wurde. Danach verlief die Auslieferung zügig und reibungslos! Hätte mit einer so schneller Lieferung aus Japan nicht gerechnet.

    Paid for the item. It never shipped. I had to go through several steps and some time (around three weeks) to get my refund. The reason for not shipping was reasonable, the hassle for a refund was not.

    A great find at a great price. The seller is communicative and timely and does sell genuine products. The seller, unfortunately shipped via envelope by accident on 1 of my 2 orders, which resulted in damage to the box of the product. The Demon Slayer hook figures came mint brand new, which is what matters. I would have preferred perfect boxes, but the seller was able to make a compromise and provide a discount. Overall, a great experience and reliable customer service. Would buy from again.
