The seller, unfortunately shipped via envelope by accident on 1 of my 2 orders, which resulted in damage to the box of the product. The Demon Slayer hook figures came mint brand new, which is what matters. I would have preferred perfect boxes, but the seller was able to make a compromise and provide a discount. Overall, a great experience and reliable customer service.
