  Item came in nicely packaged, looked very well, came in a very good condition . The item fit the description but it wasn’t complete. Very high quality.The white container wasn’t part of it . So we agreed on a 50% refund and it was done successfully.

  Great company to do business with, good quality used part but unfortunately the wrong one. I contacted them and they immediately sent a return label for me to send it back and they promptly sent a refund, will definitely buy from them again.

  Unfortunately part was detected. but I understand with used part you kind of take a chance, and when I emailed them with concerns they promptly and kindly responded, and offered a refund or another sent free of charge. I highly recommend if you need a part buy from them they will take care of you and make sure it fits your car A+++++++++

  The pump was delivered today - better late than never, although I don't believe it was the fault of the seller. I suspect the issue was with the shipping company, through no fault of the seller. The seller moved very quickly to send it out, therefore I highly recommend the seller for furture business.

  Finally arrived a week and a half late. Shipper really wasn't much help with tracking it once it went missing. Pictured is how the original box was. It was so smashed UPS had to rebox and relabel it before it arrived.
