  Fantastic seller very helpful and excellent communications throughout the whole process. The product wasn't the model I was after but it was my fault not reading or following the description properly. He offered a full refund with no arguments or issues. It's transpired that one of my friends is interested so the refund doesn't need to happen in this case, even though the no quibble offer was on the table.
