If you need to contact them, remember it is a business, not 24hr fast food. They respond as quick as they can and conversations are like talking to regular people. I buy alot on ebay and you can tell the difference in people out for a buck or corporate generic type response, they are neither. Its up to you to make sure the product is right. This would depict the wheels cosmetic condition more accurately & not hide flaws that otherwise would have been visible in the pics. It's a good thing you're doing using the pointer but, do it for EVERY flaw, don't "lighten" to hide
