  Brand new Grohe faucet in unopened box, with slight damage to the box, but the contents in perfect condition,. Delivery was prompt and everything exactly as promised. The only minor suggestion I would offer is that the lack of a shipping box creates a potential for damage. Happily, there was no damage to the contents.   The package arrived as indicated by the system in a sealed box. Inside, the Milwaukee package had some damage, but it was only the packaging—the product was in excellent condition. I recommend it.
