    Item came as described, looks like it's brand new and in excellent condition, the price of this item was fair, shipped and arrived swiftly. I don't know if it works, for I've not tried to use it, but my reverse osmosis water purification system just arrived and I intend on trying the booster pump out with the new machine, wish me luck. If it works properly, then I wholeheartedly recommend the seller. I'm still waiting back to hear from the seller about the product in which I've a question about

    The item showed up a week after the latest date it was gonna show up. Not sure what happened but the seller was responsive to my messages and the filter seems like a nice quality. Running a business like I do, I need product to show up when it says it's going to. I was hoping to create a nice working relationship with this seller and be able to order a lot more filters from them. I may give it a second chance and see if it was just a one time deal.

    Item description caused a bad problem. Item description said item was in the U S A -It wasn't; it was in Canada. Ordered item Aug. 27, received item Sept. 19. Delay was caused by Customs. who held item in their warehouse for over two weeks. If item description had been truthful, I would have not ordered this item, but rather ordered it from a US seller where item would have been located in the US and avoided the above problem which put me in a real bind. Accurate descriptions are important
