I requested cancellation of the item when I saw that the item hadn't been shipped four days after I placed the order, because I couldn't wait for a few more days for it to arrive. I needed it quicker. The seller responded by canceling the order within two hours after my request and giving me a refund. The thing that impressed me is that the seller noted that the shipment couldn't be stopped, but that I could keep the item when it arrives, at no charge. A seller with class!
