  The generator is Honda's excellent quality as expected. The problem was the delivery. Fed Ex left the box on the front walk out in the open. We are lucky it wasn't stolen because the logo and printing on the outside of the box showed clearly what was inside. Our porch is situated to hide packages when the package is place on the porch. Again we're happy with the Honda. We put the oil in and it runs super!

  We ordered the Honda 3000is and when we received it we found extensive damage occurred during shipment. We contacted Max Tools and arranged to return the damaged Generator, which we did. We were needing a Generator during Hurricane Milton so to save shipping time we just ordered another one and received it undamaged and it works great. When Max Tools received the damaged one they immediately issued a refund for it. Now all is well, thanks Max Tools !
