  Recommend, reliable seller. Shipping was in good time and items were packed in a nice new box, could use some bubble wrap, but no harm was done . Figures were as advertised, mint condition and with now dents or scratches on cases. Price was a great value with free shipping. The appearance should be desirable for any in box collectors.   Despite the product being disappointingly defective, the overall experience was wonderful. Quick shipping, well packaged, great value & as described. Upon notifying Seller of the defective item they apologized & refunded the entire sales price-in 30 minutes! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this Seller again. Sometimes things happen beyond our control, but they went above & beyond. Greatly appreciated!
