    Although in this instance I did not receive the item (so left the stars at 5 as didn't have a reason for any lowered and didn't seem right), the seller was swift in responding to all my concerns after their honesty in checking the item and it not being as explained, did not wish to send it to me. I got a full refund and the service was excellent.

    Delayed delivery but regular communication with seller. Item arrived in perfect condition and as per description. Was willing to refund or replace if the calculator did arrive by a specified deadline which I appreciated. Good seller. Would use again.

    Plug never arrived. It was sent by the seller and was lost in transit. I had been tracking it. Fabulous communication with the seller. Got a full refund. Would definitely recommend this seller.
